As my monthly travels continue to increase, there are so many things that I need to build upon. Mostly willpower. I don’t know about you, but my willpower lately, has sorely been lacking. When I say “lately”, what I really mean is “the last few years”. It’s horrible, and bad habits are hard to break. What are those habits you ask?

I went to exercise today, and felt a little better than the other day.
This time, I used the orbital, as I think the treadmill was hurting my legs/calves too much. It did seem to be better. I just don’t have enough time in my lunch hour!
I did feel a little better. I just need to keep pushing through! Next up… changing my eating habits.
The biggest problem I’m facing, is even though I’ve been smoke-free for 8 months, I’m still eating my smoking cravings. It really sucks.
But, I’m on the right track!

I don’t know if it was because I had a stressful day at work, or if I just wasn’t in the mood, but my workout today sucked!
I have been going to workout during my lunch hour at work lately. Today, I got on the treadmill. After walking/running, my legs started getting sore.
I just wasn’t feeling it. I was out of breath, my heart wasn’t pumping hard, no sweat…. it was just bad.
After stopping the treadmill and calling it quits, I see my workout summary:
Calories Burned: 150
WTF?? Less than a mile, with only 150 calories? Crap! I would have walked 150 calories simply by walking to our Finance Dept on the other side of our warehouse!
I’m so disappointed. Other days I felt really good with my workout. But today just sucked!
I know it’s stupid, but I *ALMOST* want to start smoking again, simply to lose this weight!
